Erika Canty said Lies. This book is no about yoga at all it's about cross fit and paleo!. "Well written with good pictures" according to Scooter Fry. Many self-help books I've found at Amazon read like they were written by twelve year olds. Poorly written, with grammar mistakes and seemingly no spell check.This is not the case with Yoga Today! The chapters are simple, concise and straight forward. The poses are described well, but as an added benefit the pictures the author uses are great!. Javonte Roberts said Great For Pains.. Well this guide is now an essential thing for my life. I have fallen in love with this book now because it reply helps me get flexible be a use before this I always had back aches and had to rotate my self side to side. Now wth yoga I cn use this for just a few hours and then I'm feeling tons of years lower it's amazing.
