Harlem Baby! Amazon Customer When Kwan released Gutter I couldn't wait to read it but I found out that it was a sequel. I thought I had read all of his books, but I somehow skipped over Gangsta. I read it just so I could read Gutter and know all the characters.I really enjoyed Gangsta. The characters were colorful and the story kept you on the edge of your seat. The ending was perfect!Two rival gangs, The Cri. pretty good no d@** good What I like about this book first of all, was the way he tied people together. He didn't do it too much or too little. It was perfect as far as keeping me wanting more. I could put it down but I got back to asap and when I did I wasn't lost like you can be in some book. The writing overall was great as well as the plot. The only things that I didn't like was the book would say som. Amazon Customer said I purchased this book for my son who is incarcerated.
