DESCRIPTION:
"A Slow, Unsatisfying Read" according to Mark. This is one of those books that I just don' feel excited to read through. I'm comparing this to Christie Golden's excellent book on Arthas, which I was excited to read and which I finished rather quickly. As far as Warcraft books go, I feel that there are two kinds: one advances the main plot that is more relevant to the characters from the games, the other is more esoteric and deals with dragons. Generally, Christie Golden writes the books that I enjoy. This book is slow. The plot is just taking su. Lisa Leavitt said Visualize the War with Malfurion Stormrage in the Emerald Dream (Nightmare). Great book for those following the lore of WOW - helps you see what's coming up in some xpacs and why - great narrative of the war in the Emerald Dream (that Blizzard continues to deny us) -- fairly good imagery. It's hard to please all WOW fans and Knaak does a great job (but you know,we girls have to stick together so Christie Golden's writing style of the lore still holds my attention better). has a more blunt less imagery type of writing won't hold a star back from the book for that) - would . Good book. It was a little hard to get into, but not because the story was bad, it was just a tad bit slow for my taste. The lore is awesome and the story is written very well.
