This book is what you need if you are looking to change your way of life with less effort and less time. There's nothing that you don't know in here, but the information is well structured and it makes sense. Anyway, even though we know all these things in theory, we don't apply them in practice. But by reading them again and again your subconscious mind will come into a point where it will assimilate the information faster and make you act so that you will change your habits. Good read!.
