This book is great for people who want to learn about Cyclothymia and bipolar disorder. I know some people who suffer from Cyclothymia and Bipolar disorder and reading this book gave me a better understanding of the problems they are facing in terms of not being properly diagnosed, getting adequate research to study their condition and being prescribed the best possible medicine for their con. I am amazed with this author's ability to express his feelings! Maria Clarke Duane Keagan has done a good job producing this book which is full of feelings. From one bipolar mind to another it was perfect but you don't have to be bipolar to understand this wonderful book. I hope the author is always able to rise above the depression and the pain associated with the condition and that this book may help others to do the same. Very heartwarming and intensely honest.
