Tort Law was the required text for the class and I was most fortunate that Professor Trish Kirtley Wells was the instructor. She knew the material well and was able to give analogies that only the author of a text could. I can't imagine a paralegal student returning this book. It should be part of their repertoire just as the U.S. Constitution and Black's Law Dictionary.
