"easy read" according to G. Kane. I have to read this for my graduate class (intro to organizational communication). I find it is one of the easiest books that I have on the subject of organizational communication because it is easy to relate to. The author gives many examples relating the text to real life situations.. Practical advise Caro This book was assigned for a management class undergraduate college level. The first chapter is not as good as the following ones; once I passed chapter 1 I could not put the book down. Normally I resale my books after the class is over, but I decided to keep this book because it is a good reference book if you find yourself with the dilemma of executing change in a business environment and you are not sure how to proceed. This is a very good book for those interested in effective leadership. I enjoyed very much the real life samples the book presented.. Patricia said Great Text book.. This book was recommended reading for a MBA level class in Organizational Development. It was easy to follow and very useful.
