"Minimally useful" according to rhet_prof. I wanted to find this text useful, but other than some personal anecdotes and lots of advice to have your "staff" do things for you, it wasn't really that helpful. I could have cobbled most of these strategies together myself (and I have). The book seems to be more of a passion project for Dr. Hansen. The font is large, and the text is short. This book is a great addition to any department chair's library as it a wonderful resource .
