A Customer said The Best Book on Fasting. I have read most, if not all, the books out there on fasting and this one is the best. It looks at fasting through its spiritual, emotional, and physical aspects - in great detail. NG said Great book on fasting - if you want to fast, read this.. excellent book on fasting. I recently finished a water fast and would have benefitted a lot had I also read the book prior to doing the fast as it re enforces and inspires with the details of what is happening within a fast. Highly recommend. "Good book for some." according to Book Worm. This book was very good for those who really are having thoughts about the spiritual/emotional aspects of fasting. The rest is devoted to the positive spirtual aspects you can gain through fasting. There are also a couple of good recipes in the back. So for some it will be very informative, for me it wasn't quite what I was looking for
