lorene said Simply Fantastic. The recipes are concise and easy to follow. Even the few cooked recipes that are meant for transitioning look better than most cookbooks have to offer. I don't usually write reviews even though I have most raw food books but I really wanted to with this one. I had been full raw for over a year at one point then went back and forth with vegetarian and vegan trying to get back to the health that I felt when eating only raw. It's been a long road back because of not having simple, real recipes that promised something other than hum drum m. great recipes to experiment with Reviewer Great book overall. The recipes are simple and do not need too much advanced prep time. However the index is listed by item and not by subject. Such as if I wanted cake or dessert, I would have to look up the item by name like chocolate almond butter cup. So the subjects like: pie, soups, cookies, mylks, are not listed in the back like that. You have to know exactly what item you are looking for and it makes it difficult and you have to search. There are some nice photos with recipes on the pages and nice short stories. I like the book. "Wonderful!" according to Angelika A Giallourakis. Great recipes. Easy to follow. Wish I lived near her restaurant!I have recommended her cookbook to my friends.Angie
