It was written for the young reader, but information is not skimped in this book, which really tells the reader a lot! Overall, I found this to be a funny and yet highly informative book. I highly recommend it.

Best not to mention the chain-mail underwear that was considered the height of fashion at the time. A suit of armour not only cost the earth in medieval times but it probably weighed more than a small planet when you put it on. And I haven't even begun to tell you the real truth about dragons..
