Anne_Jeffries said Amazing Book for all ages!. Amazing Book for all ages! I enjoyed reading this wonderful book and like most well loved books, I was sad to get to the end of it. It was an action packed page turner but also had thoughtful and meditative elements to it that made this book very unique. The Magical Awakening is about the adventures of a young girl in pursuit of her family. In the process, she learns that she has special abilities that help her grow to become the heroine she was meant to be. Can't wait for the next book from this author!. "Good read!" according to Kerry Ann Reed. Great read. The characters are fascinating. I usually don't "get" novels with a magical twist, but Emmy's personal struggles transported me back to my teenage days and were completely relatable.
