So many experiences and so much light in the experiences/practices provided, that surprisingly nourish the Guru/Godness within that never fails us. Though I can only ask because it seems to be the shinning star hidden in this book: Would Andrew Harvey consider writing a book on humility? I see it crop. Jo said It is a good read..
