Bay Area Tenor said A decent song collection. I initially purchased this volume for one particular song, but soon discovered a number of melodic, lyrical pieces for both myself and my students. It is certainly not an academic collection, in terms of complete songs from cycles, but gives a melange of different national songs genres.. My opinion of my Amazon purchase Musicman Bob I needed a special song for a program I am preparing and discovered that it was to be found in a book of tenor solos. I ordered the book and it came in short order. I discovered, to my delight, that it contained not only the song I wanted, but a goodly number of other useful pieces. I am even considering ordering more books in this series edited by Ms. Frey, the compiler.. "Five Stars" according to Brianna Westwood. Perfect!
