It helped me a ton with my speech class this summer. The book was in good condition and arrived in a timely fashion. It was super easy to ship back (it was a rental) and the whole process was a breeze. I would recommend the book to anyone taking a speech class even if it is not required.. I bought this a very long time ago for a class, but the book was in great condition and was exactly what I needed for my class. I do remember actually using this book more than other text books needed, which is nice because sometimes you purchase books for class and don't find them very helpful.
