The author's provides clarity to 'Agile' which is a loose term that means 100 different things to 100 different companies. He distills simple advice from multiple approaches and circumstances, while presenting optional components that your team can incorporate.I liked the fact that office politics are discussed and accounted for since any book that presents an idealistic environment would be completely unrealistic. Additional . "Quick & easy read and a great reference guide" according to Anil Jaising. Bought the kindle edition after attending Peter's class. Very concise, to the point, and well written guide on Agile principles. A great book for beginners and good reference guide for practitioners. Non prescriptive but provides general guidelines on how to implement SCRUM in your project and affect change in your organization.. Exactly as Advertised A quick and easy read. I like it as a read for relatively new Agile teams who have done a few iterations and/or training but still have a lot of questions.
