Not good for Kindle, and you can get printable copies online for free Nan It's a workbook. Only reason I downloaded it for the Kindle was because it was only .99. But, you can't print the pages, so you can't use it as a workbook on a Kindle. Otherwise, I like the info and approach.. Great Support for Getting a Happier and Healthier Relationship to Food Gina Lake "The Skinny Thinking Workbook" is full of tools that will help you change how you relate to food. A workbook like this, with daily support and exercises, is just what's needed to chip away at old habits around food and replace them with new habits. Laura has put a lot of thought into devising questions and explorations that will help you understand how you create an unhappy experience around food and how you can create a happier and healthier one instead. Her tone is that of a friendly, supportive, and understanding guide who's "been there," a buddy in your growth toward greater freedom and health in regard to food. I love. "OK so far" according to Tammyd. I have read almost all the diet books out there and this one is so far interesting. It takes daily steps to lead you to not obsess with food. Talks about the inner child alot, but so far it is an ok self-help book.
