I needed to ramp up quickly with an overview of the OSHA safety regulations - and this resource helped me as a quick reference to find the information that I needed and find it quickly. It was easy to navigate and easy to understand. I definitely got what I paid for and more!. Don't waste your money This book was extremely disappointing, particularly for the money. I needed a refresher on some basic OSHA regs and particulars on compliance, and really thought this would do the trick. It does not give you enough information on each topic to help really help you if you want a decent understanding of the requirements of the reg. You may as well just reach for 29 CFR 1910 and read it, instead. If you just want a very brief "idea" of what the regs are about, then this will work because it skims over the top of each reg and does give you a feel for it, but if you really want to know the p
