Don't Rent/Buy Unless Required Even if your professor does require this book, all the Restatements, UCC, and CISG are available online. Just type it into Google. I think I used the book once.. Christian said Good overview. It has a little bit of everything from U.C.C. to samples from the Restatements and the C.I.S.G. Not very big and is handy. Michelle L Goodman said Eh. If you are having problems understanding contract law, this book really won't help all that much. All it has is a compilation of laws in it and these laws are not "dumbed down" so 1Ls can understand it better. My prof required it, but I could have gotten this stuff online for a heck of a lot cheaper.
