Completely useless Although the description and the title would lead one to think that this is a reprint of the entirety of the Radford encyclopedia, this is not the case. The reprinted book is only Volume 9 of the original twelve. Volume 9 happens to be Plumbing and Heating & Ventilation, which are most likely the aspects of old buildings that anyone who might otherwise be interested in the encyclopedia would find the least useful, as these are specifically the two systems in an old building that at this point would invariably be (or have been) scrapped and replaced.Frankl
