"Not for General Chemistry!!!" according to Makoto. I am a freshman at my university and my chemistry class required "Chemistry & Chemical Reactivity" book along with the access card for "General Chemistry". I bought this and did not work. I spoke from representatives from Cengage Owl who told me this product would not work for the General Chemistry type of chemistry.. "Does not deserve even one star" according to C. Weatherly. Product picture does not match picture on Amazon web site. Software does not work. Tech support is clueless. Homework is due and we are out of luck all the way around. Don't waste your money.. Bonita Smith said Wrong Code. This is NOT the right product. If you are using this for the 8th edition of Chemical reactivity, then this is going to screw you over. Buyer Beware.
