The second volume of McCann’s fantastical thriller starts off with as many questions as in volume 1, but by the end, he starts to answer a few of them, keeping readers engaged and eager for round three. From Booklist Coma patient Elle continues her out-of-body quest to find her attacker, while her friends struggle to do the same and understand how Elle appears to currently inhabit the body of a young girl. Extras include cover images and background story information. --Snow Wildsmith . Esquejo’s art is bright, realistic, and fairly run-of-the-mill, but a nearly wordless guest issue by McDaid offers much-needed contrast and visual appeal in scratchy, two-color panels
New threats arise as the curtains pull back to reveal some of the most shocking secrets surrounding the mystery behind the attack on Elle Peterssen. Meanwhile, what is her connection to a 10-year-old girl who claims to actually be Elle's mind trapped in this girl's body? All of this, plus the acclaimed silent issue "Speechless" and the unmasking that changes the entire series.Collects Mind the Gap #6-10.
Awesome read Sarah Had me on the edge of my seat most of the time pretty good read and in very good condition.. Spidey said Love it even if it's a story about self-centered a-holes. The characters are all still self-centered a-holes. The mystery starts to unravel and all of the hooded characters are revealed. Yes, there's more than one, Jeebus! It is still a great book though even with my frustrations with it. The good guys begin to emerge and develop a plan to save Elle. Elle develops mental powers and begins to use them. And it's still one of the best looking books on the shelf thanks to Rodin Esquejo and Sonia Oback.
