"Excellent book that all young children should read" according to Devaki Chokshi. I just received a copy of this book. The book is extremely well written for young children. While it can be complex to explain to young children about Taliban, this book does a great job of delivering the message without introducing fear. A must read.. Stories of courage can encourage all Carol S. Christ This story of Malala's bravery can fit the listening span of most 5-6 year olds. It can be shared reading for gr. 2, and independent for a child reading at gr. 3-4. Adults, you'll appreciate it too.. Was disappointed. Got this book for a gift LP Was disappointed. Got this book for a gift, but almost didn't give it. It is very thin with a flimsy cover and just feels cheap. Wasn't impressed by the content either.
