Good information. This book provides a good overview of low carb eating. I would be interested to read more on the topic. Not much new information included.. Motivating and clearly written Easy to understand! This handbook is very informative and easy to understand. Makes me feel like I can actually do this.. I liked book small book, not a lot of recipes. The few we have made we really like! Low carb is easy once you get the hang of it.
