"A Locksmith Shop Owner" according to T. A. Thompson. It's the biggest locksmithing book I've ever seen, and packed with useful information. It's a great book for teaching my new locksmiths and I use it for reference all the time. Also good for preparing for locksmith licensing and certfication. The many pictures and drawings make the book easy to understand. A lot of good reference materials, like key blank list, depth and space charts, lockset function charts, supplier add. Five Stars Jim Duran This is a very good book, it has a wealth of information. "Excellent book" according to Garrett. I am new to the study of locksmithing. I have worked a lot with locks and have always wanted to learn more. I read this book from cover to cover and found it very informative. I felt it went into detail a little too much with specific models of locks and key cutters, but could be helpful. All in all though, I did learn a lot and would recommend this book to anyone who wants to get started in locksmithing.
