Good Overview If you are a fan of Phil Crosby, this book is a nice synopsis of his quality approach and philosophy. Crosby is generally a very easy read, and the appoachability of his style makes up for the general lack of specificity or "ah ha" moments. I consider Crosby to be more of a quality philosopher than a true quality guru in the sense of Juran or Deming.
