Great basic information for both sides I have the 6th Edition of this book and am looking for the 8th edition because every legislative session there are changes to proceedures. I have dog-eared my copy for my own personal use (and business) and for friends. Where it does lean toward the consumer, much of the information is beneficial to the business, landlord, or 'other party'. Very easy to read and follow.. D. Hansel said Know the Law. Richard Alderman has the answers. There are times when you better knowthe law or know a good lawyer.This is a fun book to read just for the situtations that arise in every day life herein Texas.It will make a great gift..
