The writer seemed to use sex as page filler to make up for lack of imagination for a good romance/suspense thriller. The lead characters, Motor-Mouth Mackenzie, and Mind-in-the-Gutter/Alpha-Male Dax, were constantly either having sex, thinking or talking about sex, even in the throes of impending death. I don't mind sexual situations in a book, but this was over the top and sometimes just gross. Since I couldn't will the story to get better I just quit reading it.The main character's personalities were all over the place. I won't get i.
