this book is primarily for British hoteliers some of the book is general, and generally applicable- to all; but much is Brit-specific, and thus i suggest unless You are thinking about Britain as Your target location You might steer clear.i don't wish to be negative, but i will say that i am also not raving about the content- generally.i wish i hadn't bought this.. Pen Name said It was not, half of what I thought it was.. The book is very general, and it does not help much at all. I read the hole thing and I did not learned anything new. I was a waste of time.
