Good read Tasha This book was short and to the point. It contained some great views on why everyone should consider becoming vegan.. Marta said A must-read for vegetarians and vegans!. This book made me realise some mistakes that I made when I was vegetarian! Although now I am not 100% vegetarian I still prefer vegeterian foods, vegeterian cooking and vegeterian lifestyle as I don't really like meat nor meat industry. This time I want to make my transition smooth and also healthy. I have done lots of reading and research on how to get enough protein when you are vegeterian and this book definetely met my demands.
