Ken S. said Idea book just as it's said to be. This is a good book broken into sections by car type, wheels, engines, chassis, etc. I saw this in my library and "needed" it for my reference shelf. Hence, another book purchase! It is never old. Fun to review. A worthwhile addition for any gearhead!. Good background info Ken S. After finishing my hot rod after 4 yrs., and always adding to my library, I picked up this book as the price was right. I enjoyed reading it although it was a bit long. It is several books in one book. I mostly enjoyed the early sections primarily on the model T & A's. There was some good info on the early motors etc. However, it is not a detailed build it sort of book. Rather, it gets into a lot of jargon and translations. Plenty of pics to keep you enthused. I found some shows that were mentioned that I hadn't he. "Husband loves it" according to Mrs. John D. Montgomery. Another great addition to library. Husband enjoys this book tremendously and says that it will help him and our son with their auto project.
