There are not enough books available for the middle school math FTCE and I am disappointed that this is one of the few options o I know I am a little rusty on my math skills but this review book has many mistakes besides the typos. The standard deviation formula was incorrect. I am using the internet to verify or find out the missing information in the explanations. In permutation and combination probability the book fails to explain the ! in the formula which is the factorial function. I haven't looked over this information in years and I feel that this detail is valuable an. productjunkie said Disgraceful Waste of Trees. This book is not worth the paper it was written on.So many errors and to make matters worse,the book is full of problems and there are hardly any problems on the exam. The exam is full of teaching technique questions. The questions asked on the exam are no where near the book. I say roughly 10 of the 80 questions came from this book.I literally just got in the door from failing my test and was running to write this review. Use a different study took.
