I may wish the print were bigger but it is I may wish the print were bigger but it is divided so you can find the one food item you want without wading through all the restaurants and pre-made foods.. Calorie Counter Book Muffy Snook Gives a lot of information that is broken down depending what you want to track.. "Just What We Wanted" according to Frances Young. Since my husband has been adjusting to a "special" diet this book is a major help. The fact that it fits in my purse, and our glove box, makes it even nicer. We like the fact that our major restaurant, and fast food, listings are in the book. Since I am watching my calories more now this book makes it easier for both of us.
