Interesting Recipes Shawn C. Morris I did find several interesting recipes in this book, the Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Cream Cheese Icing is a standout. However, I found it so full of typographical and other editorial errors that the readability suffered greatly. An updated version with corrections would certainly be welcome. I did like the recipes, but it just lacked the attention to detail that would have made . Praising Sugar which is so toxic to our bodies? a weird horror story in the midst of a dessert recipe book? 2 "m"'s in Lemmon (the citrus fruit, NOT Jack) and formatting issues on my Kindle = a waste of the 5 minutes it took me to read. Recipes are probably delicious, just considering the massive quantities of sugar involved, but nothing I'd try because I respect my body.. Patricia Solen said Didn't Expect to Like It. I have to be honest, I assumed this book would be a very short collection of nonsense. But I was pleasantly surprised. I really enjoyed the anecdotes and stories. And the recipes were also nice.
