I just thought that users of this casebook would like to know that Professor Dawson had been a distinguished professor at Harvard. Back then, unlike today, older professors were retired from the faculty. Boston University had the good sense to take him out of retirement. He was a sort of good natured, WASPY sort of individual with a wonderful, dry sense of humor.
