Five Stars Well organized, without being over bearing, provides necessary details.. Not Thorough!! I've been through the acquisition process as a seller of a quality business. I'm now in the process of preparing to look for and find another to buy, and I have to say this book is not really that thorough. There are so many things to look at when buying a company, and although this book may be a helpful guideline on some basics, you would be flying blind relying on it.A couple authors with much more clear explanations are John Martinka and Richard Parker.. Five Stars a gift for my brother, who loves the book.
