DESCRIPTION:
Praise for Zom-B:
Humanity and Humane Katrina E. Bailey Holy cripes. A book like this--so hard-hitting--couldn't come at a more poignant, terrifying time. Like its predecessors and certainly the remaining to come, B's journey continues on its chilling, painful, and action-packed way. B and the other angels fighting for friends, strangers, and to help those they don. Totally classic Darren Shan! This book is just like him awesome new twist to a beloved classic horror icon! I rate this 5 stars for originality, awesome plot twists, and just down right awesome story telling. Right up there with Cirque Due Freak and Demonata! I recommend this series to anyone who loves his work and anyone who just love zo. G. Uhl said Great for teens who like horror but dont think they like to read. My teenage son continues to read Darren Shan even though technically he is probably too old for this series. These are great books for any young person who likes horror and thinks they don't like to read. All Shan's series were devoured by my son through his middle school and high school years.
B is not about to let the racist thugs persecute innocent people, but while saving the town, one of B's oldest friends is kidnapped by the Klan. The Angels are prepared to do what it takes to save him, but B will have to make some very hard decisions about loyalties--to old friends, to the Angels, and to new families and old.. B's first mission with the Angels --sentient, do-gooder zombies-- went horribly wrong when vicious members of the Ku Klux Klan attacked New Kirkham, a stronghold of precious human survivors
