Blood Matters I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review as an independent reviewer for Paranormal Romance and Authors that Rock.Brittany is grieving over her best friends suicide. Ever since Emily had returned from the farm she had been acting different. Brittany never asked or told anyone what was going on and now her friend was dead. I loved the new take on the vampire concept, although I am not sure that reading it was very fulfilling, something seemed to be missing, and I couldn't place what that was.It seemed deeper than it really was. It would have helped I think if the characters were more equally developed.This definitely has potential, but it just doesn't feel like a complete story.
