DESCRIPTION:
Kindle Customer said Good help. I have searching for simple talk on my level. Helped me know I was not alone, but others are out there. With the book help and God's love I can survive this if I am truthful with first myself, doctors and support team, and most of all Jesus. Thank you for writing this book.. "Skip this one" according to JLF. I found this book to be unprofessional; poorly organized; written in a juvenile, stream of consciousness style; and all together insipid. The author speaks with a little too much childlike enthusiasm to be taken seriously. It reads more like an jazzy marketing piece for Bipolar than a self help piece.
What this booklet will do is help you get through the next few months of your life.. It comes with a whole new group of emotions and situations. Even though you are probably looking through this booklet while in a psychiatrist’s office or a hospital room, life does go on - and happily, I might add! The fact that you have this disorder is simply another challenge to deal with, and should be regarded as such. Of course, being bipolar is a special challenge. It’s not like studying for a test or performing well in a sporting event. So, you’ve just been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, also known as manic depression. The first thing I want to tell you is that the world is not over! Life does continue
