Quick review Zulu This book is an educational book which gives a good insight into the change from biker brotherhood to biker organized crime, how and why it occurred, and how the clubs were formed, what was required of its prospective members, how the clubs grew, expanded, and eventually became global. It has some very good information from an historical point of view and would be an excellent reference book for someone studying. It is also a very interesting read, but there are oth. great-condensed history book Written history of the American Phenomenon " The Outlaw Biker" has attracted an audience since its first literary expression. People have invisioned this portion of history in the same way they romantisized the history of "Doc Holiday" and "Jesse James". Although those days are behind us, we still enjoy a good history book. Thomas Barker has given us such a book in "Biker Gangs and oranized Crime".In my opinion, Mister Barker didn't intend to give us a history book;. Richie Jingles said For the neophyte. For someone who knows nothing about the one percenter world, this book can be quite informative for any one familiar, it's the same old stuff. This is a book of pure research from already published books, like a college term paper. No first hand information from anyone who's lived it, so it's rather dry reading. If you want a lot of compiled information in one book, give it a try if you're looking for new insight, forget about it.
It identifies the clubs whose members have been involved in criminal behavior and classifies their behaviors as individual, group, or club- sponsored/condoned behavior.
