"Well-written and engaging read" according to Loveland Reader. A very intellectual, insightful read without being overly scholarly in approach. While I'm not in total agreement of all his points, I appreciate Miles' well-articulated rationale. This book definitely makes one ponder the wonders of life, whether you are a believer or an atheist. I'd like to see an updated version of this that delves deeper and offers more concrete historical examples that support his position. The book seemed to have potential to offer even more than it does. Still a worthwhile read.. Imagine no religion. John Lennon said it best. Nothing to kill or die for and no religion too.. I do think this book has good points, however it just seemed too short I do think this book has good points, however it just seemed too short, and if you have read Richard Dawkins or Christopher Hitchens books, there is nothing new in this book to add to that, and there are no citation, and minor typos. But OK for casual readers who want to read something quickly on Atheism.
