FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC book! Where has it been all my life?! I've been looking for a book like this for over a decade! Not only a book that gives you ideas for different surfaces, but gives you more information abut that surface and how to prep and seal it. I admit, when I got the book I quick flipped through for a visual scan and loved what I saw. then I started looking at it page by page and couldn't stop saying to my husband "THIS is the book I've been looking for!!!". I'm overwhelmingly impressed! It not only gives me ideas and instruction, but inspiration! A must in y. I bought this book with great expectations, & was excited to see the 20 I bought this book with great expectations, & was excited to see the 20 chapters. But when I opened chapter 2 (metal leaf) I found it was only 6 pages long, lots of photos but only VERY brief directions. I'm very creative, so I could have come up with some of these ideas on my own. But I bought this book for DIRECTIONS, & it was sadly lacking in them.
